IBEX is an ecumenical organisation that is an integral part of the life, ministry and mission of the churches.

It relates Christian Faith to the economy and the world of work in a conscious, systematic and strategic way.

It does this by:

• Direct engagement with businesses and organisations in the local economy
• Representing the churches and faith communities in a number of strategic partnerships.
• Supporting the churches in developing their mission.
• Encouraging Christians to relate their faith to their work.

It undertakes its work primarily through a team of chaplains as well as through the active involvement of the members of the Management Board
